Zong MY5 Package is a monthly mobile phone plan offered by Zong 4G in Pakistan. It costs PKR 1600 and includes 200 GB of data, 20000 Zong minutes, 2000 off-net minutes, and 20000 SMS. The plan also includes free subscriptions to Golootlo and Zong TV for the parent number, as well as mobile insurance coverage powered by Waada.

Data, on-net minutes, off-net minutes, and SMS can be shared with up to 4 child Zong numbers from the MyZong app. However, Golootlo and Waada services are only free for the parent number. How To Subscribe

  1. Dial USSD Code: Dial *7334# from your Zong number. This is the easiest and most common method.
  2. MyZong App: Download and install the MyZong app on your smartphone. Open the app, find the “Packages” section, and search for the “MY5” package. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe.

Zong MY5 Package Terms and Conditions

  • Offer valid for new subscriptions after January 26th, 2024.
  • This offer is compatible with other offers.
  • Multiple subscriptions are allowed.
  • The parent number can share resources with 4 members at a time, with a maximum count of 8 additions.
  • Parent or child location has no impact on group creation or resource usage.
  • Child numbers do not need the MyZong app to use shared resources. Only the parent needs the app to create the group.

Resources

  • Resources include data MBs, on-net minutes, off-net minutes, and SMS.
  • Resources are not assigned quotas and are available to all members in the group.
  • Parent and child numbers can use free off-net resources for calling UAN and PTCL numbers at standard tariff rates.

Subscription and Charges

  • Subscription cost: PKR 1600 (inclusive of taxes).
  • Out-of-bundle data rate: Rs. 1 per MB.
  • Call setup charges are not applicable for free minutes.
  • Advance Income Tax of 15% applies on every recharge.
  • Sales Tax of 19.5% applies on usage (where applicable).

VAS Services

  • Golootlo and Waada subscriptions are free for the parent number only, not child numbers.
  • Golootlo and Waada service duration matches the bundle validity (30 days).
